ECF and Phone Traffic Payment Option Available

Dear Customers:

Electronic Case Filing is again available and customers can resume paying their traffic tickets through the automated system at 407-836-2000 if they choose. As we complete conversion to our new state-of-the-art Case Maintenance System, however, we still have temporary disruptions to our online traffic payment option and myClerk public records search. We hope to have those up later today. Thank you for your patience as we complete this cutting-edge upgrade.

·       Through Nov. 23: Our online traffic payment option will be unavailable. You may also experience longer wait times if paying in person. We encourage you to pay your tickets at any Amscot or through Western Union during this time.

·       Nov. 16-20: The Traffic lobby as well as the Apopka, Goldenrod, Ocoee and Winter Park branch lobbies will close to the public at 4 p.m. to accommodate the final stages of conversion.

·       MyClerk

Ø Through Nov. 20: MyClerk will be temporarily unavailable. You will not be able to perform online public-record inquiries.
