After Hours Drop Box

The Orange County Clerk of Courts offers a Drop Box in Downtown Orlando. The box is free and is located on the exit lane from the vendor parking lot. To use the box, enter at the Magnolia entrance to the parking garage. Make a u-turn at the first opening in the island. The box will be on the passenger side. You will then be exiting back onto Magnolia.

Note: In the near future the box will be relocated to the island so our customers will be able to access the box from the drivers side.

Any Traffic fine, Circuit Civil, Circuit Criminal, County Civil, or Probate pleading may be placed in the box at any time of the day or night. Even initial complaints can be left there.
All you have to do is place your Circuit Civil, Circuit Criminal, County Civil, or Probate papers in a manila envelope, with all appropriate fees or service charges attached. Drive by and drop off the pleadings at your convenience. The box is cleared at 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. every business day. Pleadings left after 3:00 p.m. will be clocked in on the following business day.

The Apopka/Ocoee and Winter Park Branches also have a convenient drop box for customers to drop off Traffic and Criminal payments, school completions, and any correspondence relating to cases located at these branches. The drop box at the Apopka and Ocoee branches is located at the front left entrance to the building. The drop box at the Winter Park branch is located directly across from the entrance.
